IPL Improved Goodness in the Game

Australian all rounder Shane Watson speaking ahead of the second test, told that IPL has the change the game of cricket a lot in maintaining pressure situations calm among players.

Watson speaking about the low intensity of India – Australia current ongoing series told that IPL has definitely changed the way how we look other countries international players. They know much better about the opponent players with whom they played or their co players have played.

Explaining the situation, He quoted an apt example.

“With (Gautam) Gambhir, I have obviously have had little run-ins in the past. Brett Lee plays with him in the IPL and Lee is one of my good friends. So I have got to understand how Gautam is away from the game and it changed the perspective on how I actually get to react with him on the field,” Watson explained.

“Because of IPL, we get to know each other better, and there is a lot more respect and a certain calmness in situations which sometimes in the past have got out of hand. IPL which has been receiving lots of criticism about money flow also had positive side too.!
